I picked upward these Roasted Plantain Chips on a whim at TJ's, and all I have to say is holy frickin' crap! So damn good. They're salty, not sweet, and taste kinda similar white potato chips. NOM!
At that place's something very Planet of the Apes about the monkeys on the bag; I wouldn't be surprised if they were plotting revolution.

I did take hold of those Mango & Cream bars as well and was transported to summers with mango water ice candy from Aling Esme who likewise sold mangoes by the kaeng. They need to put sticks on those things though.
